Terms of Use
Effective October 14, 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Pinch app and this website. By using Pinch, you agree to them. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”). If these terms and the Apple EULA conflict, these terms apply to the extent the Apple EULA allows.
1. Not medical advice
Pinch is a personal tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not calculate or recommend doses. Estimates in the app, such as the estimated medication level, are illustrations based on published average values and your own entries. They are not measurements and may not reflect what is happening in your body. Always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions and talk to them before making any decision about your medication. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pinch.
3. Your data
Your entries stay on your device and belong to you. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for backing it up. If you delete the app or your data, we can’t restore it.
4. Pinch+ subscriptions
- Pinch+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered yearly (with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers) or monthly. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and length unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- If you cancel during a free trial, you won’t be charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- We may change prices or features of Pinch+. Price changes for existing subscriptions follow Apple’s rules, including advance notice.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse Pinch: don’t try to break, reverse engineer or interfere with the app or its services, and don’t use it in violation of the law.
6. Trademarks
Medication names such as Zepbound®, Mounjaro®, Ozempic®, Wegovy® and Rybelsus® are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the medication you track. Pinch is not affiliated with or endorsed by their owners.
7. Disclaimer
Pinch is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the app will be error-free, that reminders will always be delivered, or that estimates will be accurate.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinch and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any health decision made based on the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to Pinch is limited to the amount you paid for Pinch+ in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know in the app. You can stop using Pinch at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any subscription.
