How do I cancel Pinch+?

Open iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions › Pinch and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Pinch+ until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

I already paid. How do I get Pinch+ back?

In Pinch, go to Settings › Restore purchases, while signed in to the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Where is my data stored?

Your shots, weights, side effects and notes are stored on your iPhone, not on our servers. See the Privacy Policy.

How do I delete my account and data?

In Pinch, go to Settings › Your data › Delete account & data. This removes everything from your iPhone immediately. If you subscribe to Pinch+, cancel the subscription separately in iOS Settings.

I’m not getting shot reminders.

Check that notifications are allowed for Pinch in iOS Settings › Notifications › Pinch, and that the shot-day reminder is on in Pinch › Settings › Reminders. Focus modes can also silence reminders.

Can Pinch tell me what dose to take?

No. Pinch is a tracking tool and doesn’t give medical advice or dosing recommendations. Always follow your healthcare provider’s instructions.

How do I stop sharing usage analytics?

In Pinch, go to Settings › Your data and turn off Share usage analytics.
